VEGAN MEAL PREP FOR WEIGHT LOSS –
2 cups brown rice + 3 cups water
Bean balls recipe –
2 tbsp flax meal + 6 tbsp water
1 onion, diced
2-4 garlic cloves, minced
3 cups cooked beans (I used kidney)
120g oat flour or ground oats
1-2 tsp italian seasoning (any seasoning of choice)
salt & pepper
1/4 cup tomato/pasta sauce
Veggie stirfry with pan-fried tofu –
(I didn’t measure anything for this!)
a little veggie oil
firm tofu
chopped broccoli
frozen veg
garlic powder (or minced garlic)
soy sauce
cooked kidney beans
maple syrup
Food processor/blender I’m using – Nutri Ninja Nutri Bowl DUO

So this is dumb, but where I’m from NO ONE COOKS WITH BEANS. I have tried a few times, but every time I eat them I throw up an hour later… am I not cooking them right? How long are you meant to cook them? How do you cook them??
