Yeaaa, Hot Pot.
I got to try that for the first time at my Cambodian friend’s house. Whether it’s Chinese or Cambodian, idk. They told me, but I forget. I think it’s Chinese, but they do something different to make it Cambodian.
Anyways, super delicious. The experience reminded me of Korean BBQ.
They had meat of course. Beef, pork and fish balls. Quail egg, and tofu!! I ate a lot of the tofu. 😀
Technically not vegan since it was cooked in the same sauce as the meat.
Oh yea, those stringy mushrooms. We had those, kind of sweet. I was pleasantly surprised, I thought all mushrooms would taste similar to each other.
I was thinking some kind of seitan to replace the meatballs, but those hotdogs would work. Cheap and lazy, lol.
High Carb Hannah did a Muk Bang where they ate huge bowls of really hot noodles!
