You can use your favourite kind of tater tots for all of these recipes:

Level 1
Brown sugar candied “bacon” wrapped tater tots.

Level 2
Tater tot breakfast casserole with beyond meat sausage, chives, vegan hollandaise sauce and tofu scramble.

Level 3
Tater tachos with ground round, vegan cheese, corn, jalapenos, cherry tomatoes, guac, vegan sour cream and chives.
