  1. i really don’t know how to discuss this but when i eat cooked corn the
    kernels can be seen in my stool undigested. is it possible that i as a
    human being i don’t chew my food well enough or that by chance corn is
    indigestible for humans? then i read some articles about factories cooking
    corn at high temperature for 24 hours to make corn chips from the machine
    digested corn manure.

    1. Corn is digestible to humans. Well… not entirely, of course. Like all
      plants, corn contains some amount of insoluble fiber (or cellulose), which
      is indigestible. What you saw in your stool was most probably the kernel
      shells (the insoluble fiber) of the corn. There is no need to worry as long
      you chew through the kernel shells before swallowing.

      happy to share more of them. However, I work a lot to develop these
      preparations, and it is always a shame to see that not many people are
      interested in them.
