Any advice for mental health as a vegan? I have never been a carnist/omnivore unless you count pesce which I stopped at 10, as someone who is on the autistic spectrum it is difficult to comprehend the cognitive dissonance in others as anything other than wilful ignorance and it enrages me.
Also, how ironic that the argument of justified animal slaughter due to their lack of intelligence is a stupid argument. So much for human intelligence, in some cases lol
The argument of humans being smarter than other animals and hence it’s justifiable to slaughter and torture them, is the same reason Hitler first killed off elderly and mentally ill people during his reign.
Did their lack of intelligence or physical capabilities give him the right to do that?
Of course not.
