Finally!!! I’m showing you guys an easy and authentic vegan kimchi recipe. This batch was SO delicious, I honestly can’t stop eating it. I hope you guys try this recipe out – I know it’s a lot to take in and it might seem a bit confusing, but I tried to outline it for you guys so it makes sense.   1. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe! I tried kimchi for the first
    time early this year and I immediately fell in love with it since I adore
    everything sour, like pickles for example 🙂 I will try and make it on my
    own and I am curious how different it will be from the store bought kimchi.

    1. Another Person Forever, fermented foods don’t go out of date. They need a
      week or so before they are ready too.
