  2. I don’t calorie count cuz I don’t really get how to do it and don’t really see the point 😅 my problem is I’m either constantly hungry or I eat barely nothing and it just depends on the day… Idk whether that’s bad or good but I tend to just eat as much as I feel and I’m not too chubby 😁

  4. 1400 calories isn’t enough. Not only will your metabolism go down but you’re missing out on nutrients as well. It can take time to retrain yourself to eat more. Eat something with your breakfast smoothie, add a big salad to lunch, have another smoothie with dinner, get those whole food calories in! Good luck!
