EPIC VEGAN CHEAT DAY (I ate like Stephanie Buttermore for 24 hours)

Hey guys, having recently been inspired by Stephanie Buttermore’s ‘All In’ series, I wanted to have some fun and create my own epic vegan cheat day with food! From vegan pizza and donuts, to ice cream and indian food, it’s a full day of eating, chatting and just a good time. Being vegan doesn’t mean you have to give up the food you love having, but with all things, moderation is key! This was just a fun day of following my cravings.

Check out Stephanie’s Channel (She isn’t vegan, but her fitness advice is amazing, and she is sharing a very vulnerable journey that I think is inspiring):

  1. Well today’s video made my sweet tooth happy! Stephanie makes it look a lot easier than it is, but having a day dedicated to enjoying ‘junk food’ can be good for the soul. What should I eat next (or who should I eat like?!)

  2. If I followed my cravings I’d be 5,000 lbs. I did have a chocolate and peanut butter fritter 2 weeks ago and it was so good I’m still thinking about it

  3. I live vicariously through you in this video. I live in West Texas where the only vegan options are a baked potato (and you have to say in about 10 different ways you want nothing on it) and steamed broccoli. If we want good vegan food we have to make it. Your videos help a lot there though so thank you!!!
