  1. Hi Gretchen, your amazing!
I’m wondering, if I use a vegan, gluten-free cake mix, will gf flour, egg replacer & plant milk still work? Thank you! 👏🏻👍🏻💖

    1. While I am not a GF baker, I do know that the Plant Based Egg is specifically designed to work GREAT with GF + Vegan.
The problem may come when you add a GF All Purpose mix and if it has added gums in it(which most all of them do) , it may not work out great. Click here for a gum free All Purpose blend that already has the egg replacer in it!!

  2. Sounds good if you don’t have enough ingredients for a scratch cake, like who doesn’t have a box cake in their cupboard for an emergency. 🤣😅
