Pinacolada is a drink which is made up of a combination of Pineapple and Coconut milk and cream. it tastes so refreshing along with basil seeds .
Try this vegan recipe .
ice cream I have used is also made up of coconut milk.
you can use your choice of ice cream.
Ingredients:-
8-10 strands of agar-agar
1/2 cup of fresh pineapple juice
300 ml of coconut milk
2 tsp sugar
1/2 cup pineapple puree
1 tbsp basil seeds
1 cup of coconut water
1 tsp sugar
some falooda sev
some pineapple syrup
some chopped pineapple jelly
ice cream scoop
cherry
pineapple chunks
