  1. CLARIFICATION: I AM NOT QUITTING VEGANISM. I am still a vegan lol my apologies for the confusion. I genuinely didn’t think people would think I was quitting veganism – I was simply quoting a question/concern/statement a lot of non-vegans make to vegans which is one of the things I discuss in the video (the video topic is “COMMON ARGUMENTS AGAINST VEGANISM”. I’ve put my title into quotations so hopefully that will clarify things.

    1. Cheap Lazy Vegan If you read the wording slowly then again its kind of self explanatory. But you know ppl can be a tad slow. Lol

  2. “Veganism is a way of living which seeks to exclude, as far as is possible and practicable, all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing or any other purpose.”

Since so many do not understand what veganism is. There you go.

    1. “A philosophy and way of living which seeks to exclude—as far as is possible and practicable—all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing or any other purpose; and by extension, promotes the development and use of animal-free alternatives for the benefit of humans, animals and the environment. In dietary terms it denotes the practice of dispensing with all products derived wholly or partly from animals.”

      The full definition.

  3. I respect young persons like you who voluntarily choose what they believe is best. Don’t change, follow your heart!

  4. Vegans are judgmental though and don’t respect other people’s choices. A balanced vegan diet is better for the environment and individual health in comparison to the standard American diet. However, some people can’t be a vegan for health reasons (mental or physical). For example someone with bad IBS will struggle to receive enough protein and will have limited protein options. Some health professionals might know how to successfully work around that but the average person doesn’t. Another example is people who have an easting disorder shouldn’t be on a restrictive diet of any type and a lot of people who suffer from eating disorders use Veganism to mask their symptoms. Also there’s a cultural component. So no, it’s not moral or ethical for vegans to judge non vegans especially when they don’t know their reasons for choosing not to be a vegan.
