Level 1- Baked Mac & Cheese
Prepared Mac & Cheese
3 tbsp vegan butter, melted
1 cup panko bread crumbs

Level 2- Truffled Mac & Cheese
Prepared Mac & Cheese
1 tsp truffle oil + more to taste & drizzle
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
parsley, chopped

Level 3- Mac & Cheese Nachos
Prepared Mac & Cheese
1/2 cup black beans
1/2 cup corn kernels
1 jalapeno chopped
Corn tortilla chips
1/2 red pepper diced
4 green onions chopped
Handful cilantro, chopped
1 avocado, diced
Large spoonful of salsa
Serve with lime wedges on the side
