Hi guys! I’m so excited to share my recipe for the most delicious chocolate freezer fudge that is vegan, gluten-free, free of refined sugar and soy! It also has a heavenly salted caramel and peanut topping which I show you to make as well! There’s also a secret ingredient in this fudge, which is sweet potato but trust me, you can’t taste it! This vegan fudge is really easy to make, you can store it in the freezer and when you get a sweet craving, you can just grab a piece! Win! 😀

Chocolate fudge layer
1 cup sweet potato finely chopped
1 cup almond meal (or whole almonds)
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp coconut oil
3/8 cup or 6 tbsp cacao powder
3 tbsp agave (or other sweetener such as maple syrup)
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp coffee powder

Salted caramel & peanuts layer
2 tbsp unsweetened cashew butter
3 tbsp agave
2 tbsp coconut oil
Salt to taste
1/4 cup roasted salted peanuts

  1. I’d feel much bigger guilt using coconut oil than using sugar, but it’s
just a matter of personal preference.

  2. Hi Hun I love your channel
Do you store your agave syrup in your fridge or outside at room
    temperature?
    Thanks love?

    1. Hi love! Thanks so much! ? I would store agave syrup outside in room
temperature but have switched to maple syrup and brown rice syrup since I
      made that video. Xx
