Raw taco walnut “meat”
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
2/3 cups walnuts
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
Chewy Chocolate Granola Bars:
2 cups pitted dates
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 to 1 cup oats
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 tbsp water, maple syrup or peanut butter (your choice)

I’m a much more a fan of a stainless steel bento. They last much better (no
scuffing and they can’t crack) plus no chemicals in production or leaching
into your food :)
I love these videos. Want to make all the foods. I just think that the
portions are way to small to actually be a meal so I would have to use a
larger Tupperware instead of the super cute bento boxes.
