  1. Gained 20 lbs eating a higher carb vegan diet. Went low carb high fat (still vegan) and i’ve lost 14 of the 20. I feel a thousand times better too. I just love avocados.

  2. Haha I love how honest you were about dreading this, carbohydrates are my life :’D Props to you for making such a big sacrifice and giving up those precious carbs for the sake of science haha. I definitely don’t support low-carb diets but I’m curious to see the results of your experiment!

  3. Low carbs is no grains and starches… Do a little research if you’re going to post a video on it. Not cereal & dumplings 😛 trying to eliminate heavier carb veggies like corn might help too

  4. For some odd reason those packaged tofu noodles smell SO bad when they cook but they taste really awesome stir fried with veggies and a savory teriyaki sauce / sriracha
