  1. How do you not weigh 300#?? I thought we were gonna share that breakfast. I agree that a plant-based diet is the way to go . . . but . . . it’s also important to take good care of our digestive system. I see so many meat substitutes that have so much gluten in them. I’d like to find a vegan nutritionist who would help me balance what I consume. I think initially a newbie vegan has a mindset that anything non-meat is good . . . and they have a tendancy to go overboard. I like how you present your information . . . you are quite charming . . . but – it was kinda nauseating watching you consume all that breakfast for four.

  2. I don’t eat meat and don’t miss it at all. I am vegetarian but like others have said, I eat mostly plant based diets. I make my own milk from seeds, nuts or oatmeal. I find there is so much more to choose from compared to what I use to eat. I am 62 and I feel more energetic than ever and blood work has come back very good. I thank Rose for her recipes and others on the internet. I have certain favorite recipes that I found even non vegan people really find delicious.

  3. Totally agree we are intuitively social animals. At less civilised times and food is scarce, most important to be strongly associated with part of the tribe or community to have support and protection, rather then living alone.
    Times had change very quickly now, hopefully veganism can be accepted as the new normal, will definitely take some pressures off.

  4. Uptons jackfruit always makes me sick but I live by their restaurant and their made to order food is great. Don’t know why I shared that but ya know 🙃
