I’ve been trying to adopt a plant-based diet for over two years now. For both ethical and health reasons. Outside of food, I don’t purchase products that aren’t vegan anymore (but I still use what I have such as clothes, my car has leather seats, etc.). When I cook, it’s always plant-based, but it’s difficult in family gatherings and when eating out (or when I forget to pack lunch for work), I fall off. I’m at a point where animals just don’t resonate as food to me anymore. You, amongst others, have taught me how to cook vegan and keep me going. I have been fairly consistent over the last month, so thank you!
CilantNO. Lol, ack.
