INGREDIENTS
1. Cake Crumb
– 1/4 cup sunflower oil (canola or grapeseed works fine too!)
– 1 tbsp clear vanilla extract (this makes it taste like the confetti cake of your childhood)
– 1/2 cup vegan white sugar
– 2 tbsp vegan brown sugar
– 2 tbsp vegan sprinkles
– 3/4 cup gluten free all purpose flour (rice based preferred)
– 1/2 tsp baking powder
– 1/2 tsp salt
2. Cookie Dough
– 1 Dolled Up Desserts Cloud Nine Vanilla Cake Mix
– 6 tbsp sunflower oil
– 6 tbsp apple sauce
– 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
– 1 tbsp clear vanilla extract
