With less than a gram of sugar per serving, these cookies will blow you AND your taste buds away! Super easy to make, vegan friendly, and when/if you get bored you can easily change up the flavor! Did I mention they are packed with fiber AND protein?

Here is the recipe:
1 Can (15.5 Ounces/439g) Chickpeas (Low sodium preferred)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup (56g) Almond Flour (Oat or Whole Wheat Pastry flour work great too)
2 Tablespoons Sweetener
2 Tablespoons (32g) Peanut Butter
2 Tablespoons Brown Rice Syrup
2 Scoops (31g) Madre Labs Zenbu Chocolate Shake Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
*Optional Chocolate Chips

TIPS: Store them in an airtight container on your countertop and they’ll last around 5-7 days!

If your mix is too thick add in 1-2 ounces of some milk substitute!

How to make:
1. Drain and rinse your Chickpeas
2. Process or blend all of your ingredients aside from your Chocolate Chips together until smooth
3. Lightly mix in your Chocolate Chips/whatever else you want
4. Grab a spoonful worth of your mix (or however big you wanna make them) and shape your cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
4. Bake on 350F/176C for 12-15 minutes

  1. I tried one of your chickpea recipes a long time ago and I learned my lesson!
    I’ll wait for the next slow cooker recipe!

    1. Which one? I eat my chickpea brownies and dip all the time so I hate to hear that! I should have mentioned this in the video but you really have to make sure you use enough flavoring if the powder(s) you’re using aren’t that flavored. Cocoa powder, extracts, more sweetener, etc. Another good tip is to thoroughly wash the chickpeas…that’ll make them A LOT more neutral flavored.
