What brand you use for the cocoa powder
I’ve used both the Ghirardelli cocoa powder and Rapunzel organic cocoa
powder brands. They’re both great for this recipe 🙂
Have you tried using this recipe as the filling in a chocolate pie? Can you
get it thick enough to hold shape after it is chilled? Excellent recipe!!
No, I haven’t. I’m sure it would hold, but maybe not as firm as when using
silken tofu as the base. Doubling up this recipe is a bit tricky. You’ll
need a lot more than just double of agave and cocoa powder to mask the
avocado, as you’ll need at least 2 whole avocados to fill a pie. Let me
know if you try it how it turns out 😀
