Hey everyone! In today’s video I am showing you some healthy cookie recipes that are easy and super yummy! They also freeze really well 🙂
Chocolate Chunk
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup paleo or almond flour
1 tbsp ground flax
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
Handful chocolate chunks
350F for 12 minutes
Macadamia Nut Cookies
1 cup almond butter
1 egg or 1 flax egg
scant 1/4 cup coconut sugar
2 tbsp almond flour
vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup macadamia nuts
350F for 13 minutes
Fudgey Chocolate
1 ripe avocado
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup almond butter
1 egg or 1 flax egg
1/2 cup cocoa powder
375F 12 minutes
