❤︎ Cookie Butter Oatmeal
2 cups almond milk (original flavour)
1 cup quick oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
cookie butter
fruit of your choice
optional maple syrup, sprinkles
❤︎ Breakfast Pizza
2/3 cup packed crumbled extra firm tofu
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp dried basil
1/8 tsp kala namak salt
1/4 tsp turmeric
pita bread
marinara sauce ( or pizza sauce, pesto, vegan alfredo sauce)
frozen tater tots
vegan sausage
frozen peas
vegan ranch
green onions
Bake at 425F for 15 minutes
❤︎ Best Vegan Chili
1/2 cup diced onion
1/4 tsp garlic powder or 1 minced garlic clove
1 can black beans (398 ml)
1 can small cut tomatoes with onions, celery, green peppers (540 ml)
2 tbsp ketchup
1/2 tbsp chipotle chili powder (can use regular chili powder)
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp black pepper
start with 1/4 tsp salt, I ended up adding about 1/2 tsp total of salt
2/3 cup frozen corn
2/3 cup meatless ground beef
Bring to a boil, then let simmer for 15 minutes or until thicken
Serve with rice, vegan sour cream, avocado, cilantro, lime, red pepper flakes, and tortilla chips for dipping! Yummm! 🙂

😍OMG!!! I don’t know what looked the best, probably all of them?? The breakfast pizza 🍕 tho, that was next level with the tots! Seriously, all of the meals you cook look incredibly yummy! You’d be really successful as a vegan cook or chef, even owning a vegan food truck or catering service. Thank you for more cooking inspiration!😄

I have to agree with everyone else, that pizza looks amazing! I’m trying to avoid processed foods at the minute because my skin has been breaking out so much lately but I have to say that it looks very tempting haha
