  2. I tried function of beauty, but it made my hair super frizzy. So girls with thick, curly hair, beware. It was soooo bad. 🙁

  3. I have a challenge for you to try: eat gluten free for a week. There’s lots of gluten free (because of choice or due to celiac disease) vegans that have a harder time figuring out what to eat that is vegan and gluten free.

  5. Try this recipe I have it every morn
    Frozen pinapple
    Frozen mango
    Frozen banana
    Kale
    Spinach
    Ginger
    1 full glass of water
    Ground Flaxseed, or your personal health powder concoction about 2 tbs.
    Play with the ratios till you have desired flavor and consistency just make sure there are more greens that fruit. (A little pinapple sweetens a long way)
