SOOO I started the challenge saying I would drink 1 gallon of water a day for a week.. I ended up doing 1.5 gallons of water a day for TWO WEEKS. This is what happened when I drank all that water…

Just to note: please be aware of your own water intake – this was an experiment on myself and everyone’s intake is different depending on your exercise level, sweat, climate, etc. Water toxicity is NOT common but can happen if you drink too much water at once and your body doesn’t have enough sodium or whatnot. Avoid drinking more than 0.8 litres of water per hour and spread your water intake out throughout the day. Don’t drink too much if you don’t feel that your body can handle it. Like I said, my body is used to lots of water being consumed so I was fine with this challenge and I think it was actually beneficial for me. ANYWAY MORE INFO FROM THE PROFESSIONALS –

    3. You skin is glowing in the video and you can see the scars going away also. Plus pimples is another way for your body to remove waste.

    4. Everything is dangerous if ‘people’ are to be believed. Your body will tell you if you’ve had too much, the sensation of thirst exists for a reason lol. Be sensible and you will all be fine, I promise 😂

    5. Drinking a lot of water is dangerous + it washes all the nutrients out of your body, your brain needs salt to function.

  2. I drink a half a gallon to a full gallon a day since I have started doing that my skin is way better and I feel better !

  4. Lol I would have been ok/ interested in hearing a pee count lol. Especially comparing before the challenge to firing the challenge.

    Also the shots of you laying down chugging fr your water bottle made me think of a baby haha.

  5. Coffee is probably what’s causing acne. Look it up. It messes with your hormones and also causes worse pms symptoms. I test it out every once in a while and like clockwork, I get acne after coffee.
