Coating: 2 tbsp sugar + 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder (I used the leftover sugar, after rolling molasses cookies -previous post!)
1 c shortening
1 1/3 c sugar
2 aquafaba eggs
3 c flour
1 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp BSoda
A pinch or two salt
Beat the first 3 ingredients until fluffy then beat in the rest til combined.
Shape into balls and roll in coating
Bake on ungreased sheet for 10 mins in preheated oven at 375 F
Cool on rack
