Hi guys! Sorry this video is a bit late. I was having technical problems. 🙁 Anyway this vegan spaghetti bolognese is one of my absolute favourite dishes! It’s just sooo delicious and filling and as good as a real spaghetti bolognese in my opinion. In my video I also show you how to make some zucchini spaghetti to go with it, which is of course super healthy and gluten-free! Yaaaay! I hope you like this video and if you have any recipe suggestions just let me know!
For the bolognese sauce
1/2 cup textured vegetable protein mixed with 1 cup hot vegetable broth and strained
Olive oil
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1 medium bay leaf
1 medium onion finely diced
1 garlic clove minced
1 ripe medium tomato finely diced
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp red wine
1 1/2 cups vegetable broth
Vegan parmesan for garnish (optional)
Fresh parsley or basil for garnish
Salt
Black pepper
For the zucchini spaghetti
Olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
2 medium zucchini spiralised
