Vegan Deep Dish Pizza

Vegan deep dish pizza:

What you’ll need:

3 cups of flour
1 cup of non dairy milk
Dry Active Yeast
3 tbsp of vegan butter (Earth Balance soy free)
3 tbsp of Agave
1 tsp of pink salt
1 green peppers
1 onions
24 oz. of Pizza sauce
2 packs vegan cheese (provolone and mozzarella)
Olive Oil

To Make the crust:

Add 1 cup of non dairy milk and 3 tbsp of vegan butter to a bowl. Put in microwave in 30 second increments. Butter and milk should be lukewarm.
Add 2 1/4 tsp to butter and milk mixture, stir and let sit for 10 minutes.
After the mixture has sat for 10 minutes add 1 tsp of pink salt and 3 tbsp of Agava to the mixture and stir
Next add 3 cups of flour to a separate bowl then add the mixture to the flour. Stir until thick.
Add flour to a flat surface then transfer the dough into the flour and knead the dough for 1 minute.
Transfer the dough into a greased bowl and cover. Let sit for 30 minutes to an hour.

Making the Pizza
Set oven to 425℉
Grease cast iron skillet or deep dish pan
Cut up onion and green pepper or toppings of your choice.
Next spread flour on a flat surface and transfer dough to flour.
Take a rolling pin and roll dough out. Make sure the dough is not too thin. The dough should fill to the top of the pan.
Once the dough fits the pan place in oven for 5 minutes.
After the five minutes take the dough out and add olive oil to the crust.
Add cheese, toppings, and then sauce.
Place pizza in oven for 45 minutes.
After 45 minutes let cool then cut and serve.
