R E C I P E

1 1/2 cups brown spelt flour
1 cup white spelt flour
2 tsps baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 sticks vegan butter (softened)
1 cup agave syrup
2 cups chopped walnuts (7-8 ozs)
1 cup chopped pitted dates

  3. You don’t use sugar , only natural sweetener ( date , coconut & Agave ) . It’s natural vegan ingredients off the Dr Sebi nutritional guide

    1. Yes, Agave and Date are on the nutritional guide – coconut, no. But I use a coconut nectar which they say is low glycemic index food (good for diabetes) I found at whole Foods. Take care of yourself:)
