If you like buffalo chicken pizza then you’ll love this vegan version of buffalo chickpea pizza even more. Come on what’s better than vegan buffalo “chicken” pizza? hmmm 🤔 I also have an easy vegan ranch dressing recipe in this video. This pizza and dressing is so simple and easy to make you will love it.
Ranch dressing(I doubled this recipe)

1 cup raw sunflower seeds.( let sit in boiling water for at least 15 mins)
1 cup cold water
2 1/2 tsp vinegar or lemon juice. (You can use white or apple cider vinegar.)
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 TBS dried parsley
1 TBS dried dill
1 TBS nutritional yeast
First blend sunflower seed and water until smooth then add seasonings and dried herbs.
Slice up red or yellow onions. If using yellow then sauté until browned.
Take 1 can of chickpeas (rinsed & drained) and sprinkle some garlic powder and black pepper on it. Mix it up.
Vegan Buffalo sauce

Add 1/2 cup of red hot hot sauce into 1/2 cup of the vegan ranch dressing. Then mix it up. spread half of the sauce onto the pizza dough.I used trader joes pizza dough. Now add the chickpeas to the remaining sauce. Then pour chickpeas on the pizza. Add onions and dairy free cheese if you choose. I used trader joes vegan mozzarella. Let bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, or what ever your dough instructions call for. Then before you take the pizza out, let it broil for about 2 minutes so that the cheese browns. Then garnish with some cilantro or parsley.
