    2. Ciao Giulia! Purtroppo non ho molti consigli, a Roma avevo il forno a gas ma non ho mai avuto grandi problemi di cottura. Cercando su google ho trovato questo articolo che forse potrebbe esserti utile (fammi sapere se funziona quello che consigliano):
