1 t baking soda
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 t baking soda

1/3 cup rice milk
1/2 t vanilla
Vanilla Icing
1 1/3 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 T rice milk
1/2 t vanilla
Chocolate Icing
1 cup powdered sugar
2 T cocoa powder
2 T rice milk
