Vanilla Yogurt Pound Cake Recipe:
1/2 cup vanilla soy yogurt
1/2 cup blended silken tofu (blend tofu first, then measure)
3/4 cup vanilla or plain soy milk
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup canola oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp lemon extract, or grated lemon zest
1/2 tsp orange extract, or grated orange zest
2 cups all purpose flour
3 tbsp arrowroot powder
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

  1. As one of your most ardent subscribers,I feel entitled to make demands. I want a chickpea burger recipe that doesn’t fall apart,and I want it on some kind of healthy bun or bread that has no eggs,dairy or fat of any kind. Can you produce? I will be waiting with bated breath. Gracias!
