Loved that video! <3 I have some experience in baking vegan since I am vegan for a few years already, but some time ago my sister went on gluten free, sugar free diet and she is the one who inspired me to experiment more
And that satisfaction when vegan, GF, SF cake turns out just right is incomparable. Of course it is a little bit harder than traditional vegan baking, but no challenge, no fun, right?
It’s lots of fun experimenting – especially when you get it right and peeps are like ‘I can’t believe this is GF?? and vegan??
