Ingredients
• 1 cups flour
• 3/4 cup mashed Sweet potato
• 1/2 cup Brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 Tsp baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup vegetable or any light oil
• 1/4 apple sauce
• A pinch of Nutmeg powder
• 1/4 cup water
• Chopped roasted Pecans & some halves for topping
