So both the “brown sauces” that you eat with pho and also the summer rolls is called hoisin sauce. The one you eat with pho is just plain hoisin whereas the one you eat with summer rolls is hoisin mixed with peanut butter. THE BEST. Just sharing my Vietnamese knowledge 🙂 Keep up the mukbangs Rose, love them!
