Today we bring you this dreamy Chocolate Cake recipe with whole sweet juicy California Bartlett pears and glazed with a beautiful chocolate ganache. And due to popular demand, this cake is made in a pressure cooker which makes it an ideal cake for the summer months. If you don’t have a pressure cooker though, this cake can be steamed in a regular pot. I have also included some baking instructions.

That looked so yummy when I saw the thumbnail I had to watch the video.
Oh, no! The Instapot cult has gotten to you and Kevin too! Kidding! I have never really thought about combining pear and chocolate together as I always assumed the chocolate flavor would overwhelm the delicate floral notes of pears. But this cake looks so luscious, I am rethinking my suspicions. TFP : )
