how did you melt the coconut oil? I know Dr.Sebi doesn’t want us to heat it
Yes, that is correct. I melted it in a glass bowl that I put on top of a hot stove. The heat from the stove was enough to melt the coconut oil. You can also place the jar of coconut oil inside a pot of warm water.
