Those look perfect for an after dinner tea and biscuits.
Went to your website link and found the fudgey sweet potato brownies. Followed recipe exactly but no matter how long I cooked it even turning the heat up later during cooking, they still turned out like they were uncooked. Not sure why so gummy and like a paste not at all cake or brownie like. Any suggestions?
Thank you for the response. In retrospect that is what I think. Do you have measurements for dates to water ratio? I made my paste in the nutribullet and had to keep adding water in order for it to blend properly.
oh no! you possibly used too much water when you made your date paste? It sounds like there might have been too much liquid that you used
Can oat flour be replaced for somebody intolerant to oats?
Maria Merry3 if it’s gluten that’s the issue, you can buy gluten free oats/out flour. If it’s the oats themselves that’s the issue then you could replace with almond flour and it would be fairly similar 🙂
