  1. Thanks for your videos, you actually inspired me to go vegetarian 🙂 I really like your educational and non-judgemental approach to veganism, I might even go vegan if I manage to keep up my vegetarian diet

    1. There’s a big misconception about that. Veg has 16x the nutrients of meat and on average plant foods have 64x the antioxidants relative to animal products. Check out a vid on my YouTube channel titled Beginner’s Guide To Vegan Nutrition but put simply if you’re eating a calorically adequate diet of whole foods (fruit, veg, whole grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, herbs and spices) you should smash all the nutrients you require. The only supplements you should need would be vit d3 (if not getting sun) and b12 (many omnivorous eaters are b12 deficient. It’s produced from bacteria and we’ve sterilised the world so now we’re not ingesting it)! A whole foods vegan diet is actually the healthiest way to eat and should see you avoid all the “diseases of affluence” that most westerners (meat and dairy eaters) suffer and die from. Don’t hesitate to msg me if you’ve further questions! 😉

    2. Em R Vitamin B12, 2,500ug once a week, vegan Vitamin D3 (at least during the Winter) and DHA / EPA at least twice a week.

    3. Thanks for all the support! It’s very motivating ^_^ I was wondering do vegans need to take vitamin supplements to stay healthy? I’m not a very good cook so I was slightly worried about becoming deficient in something if I went vegan.

  2. I like to see your genuine reactions to the foods as you taste them. It’s more fun than waiting for the thumbs. Heheh.
With that being said, I friggen love your videos! <3

  3. LOL that sting XD Always love Jenny in your videos 🙂 Also you definitely should have made 8:52 your thumbnail 😂😂😂

    1. OMG YES FINALLY. I also dislike fake cherry flavour. I like real cherries just fine they just make me itchy XD

  4. your roomie is sooooooo cute and sweet!!! bring her back please! i would absolutely love to hang with you two over wine and snacks – i kind of felt like i already was, watching this video 🙂 seems like a good time for sure! hugs from andy
