MESSY VEGAN MUG CAKES – By The Mini Minimalist

Hello!

Today I am coming back to a (too often used) recipe. I’ve taken this from a random compilation of mug cake recipes and made my own. I hope you enjoy!!

Recipe:

4 tbsp flour
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 tsbp pure cacao powder
~mix~
2 tsp veg oil
4 tbsp plant milk
~mix~
Microwave for 1:10 on full power, for a gooey cake, or if you prefer a more sponge like cake, try 1:40

This may be my last or second to last video before Japan. I hope you’re all as excited as me to see all the pieces that come out of this trip!

I will however, still be posting on Instagram whenever I can. My super old Japanese house doesn’t have any Wi-Fi, but I’ll find some public Wi-Fi somewhere around the city..

  2. I made this with almond milk and hot chocolate mix instead of soy milk and cocoa powder and it worked fine. It tastes amazing!
