  1. how much cream did you use to frost and decorate the cake? 240 ml? In one of your videos you answered that it takes 7-8 mins to whip non dairy cream. I think it depends on quantity?

    1. I took nearly 2 cups of cream for this cake. The more you whip the more stable it becomes. I used to whip it for 10 minutes when I was a beginner. But now I whip it for 20 minutes. It is not the quantity of the cream. How much ever you take, whip it for 15 – 20 minutes.

  2. thank you for this video..did you freeze those piped flowers and then put on the cake as one can do with buttercream flowers?
