at what speed did you whipp the cream?
how much cream did you use to frost and decorate the cake? 240 ml? In one of your videos you answered that it takes 7-8 mins to whip non dairy cream. I think it depends on quantity?

I took nearly 2 cups of cream for this cake. The more you whip the more stable it becomes. I used to whip it for 10 minutes when I was a beginner. But now I whip it for 20 minutes. It is not the quantity of the cream. How much ever you take, whip it for 15 – 20 minutes.
