Here is my no fuss gluten free vegan chocolate cake recipe. There are no weird baking ingredients, or special mixtures of 5 different gluten free flours. I baked this using generic gluten free flour from the supermarket.

SPECIAL NOTES SO YOUR CAKE DOESN’T FAIL:
1. Make sure the batter isn’t too running otherwise the cake will sink. It needs to pour out of your bowl slowly without beginning too sticky.
2. Don’t make this cake isn’t any bigger than a 6 inch tin or smaller. Make sure to split it into between 2 tins.
3. And I stuffed up a measurement – it is 2 cups of soy milk which is 500ml. xo

  1. This really is easy – so many recipes look so complicated in terms of the different techniques for mixing, folding, etc but this is almost in one bowl!

  2. Love it! I often try to bake gluten free just because I feel like gluten free and vegan tend to go hand in hand so I like to support. But I was curious if your channel is going to be only gluten free because gluten free is way more expensive in my shops so I can’t always fit it into the budget

    1. Hey Alisia, No I’ll only be doing a small amount of GF as it’s not my speciality. And I agree GF can be super expensive. I made this with the cheapest generic GF flour I could find and it was $5 New Zealand and using general ingredients you would use for normal cakes.
