R E C I P E

2 cups white spelt flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsps salt
3/4- 1 cup sparkling water (I use Perrier)
veggies of your choice! (I used various veggies such as mushrooms, onions, and squash. Get CREATIVE!)

  2. No worries irt video… is good that you are sharing. Is there a flour I could use to have a softer, thicker dough/crust??? Looks delicious… and you are correct irt cooking dough before topping it. I cook myPizza crusts before adding toppings using the oven… way less soggy that way. Thankhz so much for sharing mySister ((-;
