Yes, I want a video on tofu because my husband likes tofu scramble but if I cube it up and stir fry it he doesn’t like it. He said its flavorful on the outside but the inside is not the same because it’s bland. I want to wow him. Please help me Rose!
You really don’t need that much protein on any diet really, it’s highly exaggerated.. you only need about 20-40 g of protein daily if you’re doing average exercise. If you are bodybuilding you still only need about 50 tops, protein is really hard for your body to digest and very bad for your kidneys!
