Groovy Vegetarian Flatbread Sauceless Pizza Recipe- RB50 $25 Food Challenge Recipe

Ingredients:

2 pieces of flatbread (you can make it yourself by combining 1/2 c flour and water… mix… knead for a few minutes till soft… flatten into a circle shape… brown on both sides in a medium heat skillet.)

1/2 a roma tomato
1 roasted garlic clove
2 basil leaves (1/4 teaspoon dried basil can be used instead)
1/4 zucchini, cut into small pieces
a couple slices of mozzarella or your favorite cheese

Smear 1/2 the garlic clove on each piece of your flatbread and top with the ingredients. Put the pizza under the broiler until the cheese is lightly browned, this will take less than 5 minutes. Take it out of the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Slice and enjoy!
