In this video, I made my friend Daniel do the EXTREME spicy noodle challenge with me! These noodles are supposedly the spiciest noodles in the world (apparently 8,706 Scoville Heat Units) – and of course, they come from my home country, South Korea. These Korean spicy noodles have been the subject of the “Spicy Noodle Challenge” which has pretty much taken over the internet .. everyone and their grandmother has done this challenge and I wanted to give it a go!! I love spicy food, after all. Let’s see how Daniel and I handled this…

HOW DO YOU THINK WE DID?!? HAHAHA I hope you guys enjoyed this (slightly) different video. JUST TO NOTE: I don’t know why our’s had so much more water than the other challenges I’ve seen – maybe I didn’t follow the instructions properly but it said (i think) to leave about 8 spoonfuls of water after boiling the noodles and then mix the sauce in.. maybe I was supposed to boil it down further after that.. or maybe I just added much more than 8 spoons. NOT SURE! or maybe I just didn’t properly read the instructions…LOL should I do it again, guys?! LMFAO

You guys did it wrong. Ya put too much water in the noodles. You’re supposed to drain all the water out and leave 2-3 table spoons of water to only stop the noodles from sticking together. It’s not a soup base noodle. It’s supposed to be like a stir fry kind of noodle.
You emailed the company and this is how you say something is vegan? … They did say to never underestimate wilful ignorance

i think you are supposed to fry them in a pan with the 8 spoons of water with the sauce added 🙂

I think next time I wouldn’t do the 8 spoonfuls of water. It should be more dry. But great job finishing the bowl and the liquid; I took one bite and was done LMAO
