INGREDIENTS:
CAKE:
* 1 1/2 cups Raw Walnuts
* Pinch of Salt
* 12 Medjool Dates, pits removed
* 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder (or Carob powder or Cacao powder)
* 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
* 2 teaspoons Water
FROSTING:

* 3 Medjool Dates, pits removed, and soaked in water for at least 30 minutes
