Double chocolate cookies, vegan healthy dessert

These cookies are so good especially warm out of the oven when chocolate is still melted!
Ingredients
90 grams of oat flour
30 grams cacao powder
120 gr mashed ripe banana
40 gr coconut oil
30 gr liquid stevia drops
40 gr chopped dark chocolate
40 gr chopped nuts
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Preparation
Mash banana and stir in flour, cacao, and coconut oil.
Add stevia drops, chocolate, and nuts and mix until everything is evenly incorporated.
At this point, you can try cookie dough and adjust sweetness if needed as well you can add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor.
Lastly, add baking soda and apple cider vinegar, mix the dough well and form cookies with a spoon and then slightly flatten them with your wet hands.
Bake in preheated to 180 degrees oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
