Cooking Instructions – How to Make Vegan Raspberry Mousse
My friend Lily from Kale and Caramel came over and we made the most delicious raspberry mousse with pistachio shortbread cookies, which just so happened to be vegan! The mousse is based on coconut cream which whipped up in a snap with a bit of confectioners’ sugar. We used honey in this video but you can substitute with agave syrup!
